Heimfjord is a village that concentrates on trade. It is situated just North of the Northern Forests, and welcomes both southerners and northerners alike to trade and gather provisions for their onward journeys.
The word “HeimFjord” is made up of two words. Heim, meaning home and Fjord, meaning river. Fjords though give the illusion of protection and safety, also shelter.
My vision for Heimfjord is that it could be a place to “find” yourself. We have created four main areas for Role Play.
- The main Village. We don’t have castes, persay. We have roles. Trade, merchants, healers/ physicians, a tavern, a longhall, stores. We want this area to be inviting to all cultures of Gor. Heimfjord would sit close to the border between North and South, so we could assume that cultures blend.
- Panther camp. There is a dedicated cave/ hideaway for a lucky group of panthers who might like to stir up some trouble or mischief in the village., led by Heidi.
- Dark Rune Outpost have set up camp close by. This group is Northern by culture, by law and by stature. Open for trade, RP and recruitment. Contact Stal
We have various stores available and my hope is to have trade fairs, live slave auctions, tavern nights/ days.
You will find NO CAMPING ALTS OR BOTS and our traffic will reflect that.

To help create a realistic experience, we are using the Ghost banking hud to introduce economy. If you become a resident of the village or Dark Rune Outpost, you will receive a weekly stipend from the Praetor if you visit the bank. You will be given an amount according to your role and responsibility in the Village.
This stipend will enable you to buy and sell goods and also own or rent a slave. You can set your own money chest out to receive payment, or take it via your worn hud.
We will have (if I can create it) items like firewood, that have a shelf life. Items will disappear when realistically they would be bought again in RL. Firewood would be a daily item and maybe a pile would cost 1 copper.
To Join in the RP experience, grab the GHOST meter on the landing zone, or at the docks. Rezz and wear the meter and hud and banking hud. go to the bank in the village and click the “Join group” poster. You can now remove the meter and the meter hud, keep the banking hud on as you will need this for your coin pouch.

We need a butcher, baker, candlemaker, fishmonger, seamstress, carpenter, smithy, and anything else you can think of.
Dark Rune Outpost seeks players who prefer the more Northern RP and their trade is raw lumber and will sell to villagers or export.
